Customer Portal¶
The Customer Portal gives you visibility of the work your waste management company carries out for you. It provides access to operational data, commercial documents and reporting to help you understand what services you receive and where your waste ends up.
This section of the documentation explains how to use the Customer Portal and how to get the most value from the information available.
What is the Customer Portal?¶
The Customer Portal is provided by your waste management company using Dsposal’s Paperwork platform.
Through the portal, you can: - View jobs carried out on your sites - Access sales documents such as quotes and agreements - Review invoices and supporting documentation - Download raw data for your own analysis - View reporting on waste volumes, costs, and disposal outcomes
The portal is read‑only. Information is maintained by your waste management company.
Portal Structure¶
The Customer Portal is split into two main areas, shown in the left‑hand navigation:
- Company – Operational and commercial information
- Reporting – Analysis and reporting based on completed jobs
Company¶
The Company section shows live information about your organisation and the work carried out for you.
You can use it to:
- Understand how your organisation is set up
- View information about your sites
- Track jobs that have taken place or are scheduled
- Access sales documents and invoices
- Download detailed job data

Summary
A high‑level overview showing sites, recent activity, upcoming jobs, and invoices. -
Export
Tools to download job data in Excel, CSV, PDF, or clipboard format. -
Details
Organisation information, contact details, and invoicing addresses. -
Sites
A list of all sites linked to your organisation, including site‑level details. -
Sales (Quotes and Agreements)
Sales documents such as quotes, pricelists, and agreements, with the ability to view attached files. -
Jobs
Detailed records of waste collections and services, including waste lines, carriers, disposal sites, and documents. -
Invoices
Invoices issued against your organisation, including PDF copies and attachments. -
Attachments
Attachments shows additional files that have been uploaded against your organisation.
Reporting¶
The Reporting section provides insight into completed work using charts, tables, and summaries.
These reports are built from fulfilled jobs and are intended to help with: - Cost analysis - Waste tracking - Sustainability and recovery reporting - Duty of care evidence
Note
Reporting data is refreshed overnight and only includes completed and invoiced jobs.
All costs are shown excluding VAT.

Summary

A breakdown of costs by department. -
Waste Types
Waste collected, split by waste type and EWC code. -
Waste Fates
How waste is treated or disposed of, shown as recovery and disposal percentages. -
Container Types
Analysis of waste collected by container type. -
Employees
Waste handled and costs attributed to individual employees. -
Disposal Points
Where waste ultimately ends up, supporting duty of care requirements. -
Vehicles
Waste movements by vehicle and driver.
Editing and Data Ownership¶
Information in the Customer Portal is provided and maintained by your waste management company.
You cannot edit: - Organisation details - Site information - Job records - Sales documents - Invoices
If any information needs to be updated or corrected, contact your waste management provider.

From there, you can dive into more detailed views as needed.
