Company¶
The Company section of the Customer Portal provides access to operational and commercial information about your organisation.
This section allows you to view details about your sites, jobs, sales documents and invoices, as well as download raw data for your own analysis.
About this section¶
The Company section contains information that is managed and maintained by your waste management company.
Note
Your waste management company controls the data shown in this section and provides you with access through the Customer Portal.
Information cannot be edited by customers.
If any information needs to be updated or corrected, you must contact your waste management provider.
What you can do¶
Using the Company section, you can:
- View information about your organisation and sites
- Track jobs that have taken place or are scheduled
- Access sales documents such as quotes and agreements
- Review invoices and supporting documentation
- Download detailed job data for reporting or audits

Jobs¶
Detailed operational records of waste services, including waste lines, carriers, disposal sites, and supporting documents.
Invoices¶
Invoices raised against your organisation, including PDF copies and attachments.
Export¶
Tools to download job data in Excel, CSV, PDF, or clipboard format.
