Attachments¶
The Attachments page shows additional files that have been uploaded against your organisation.
These files are typically provided by your waste management company and may include supporting documents related to your account.
Before you start¶
- You must be logged into the Customer Portal
Steps¶
- Go to Company → Attachments
You will see a table listing: - File name - File size - File type - Who uploaded the file - When the file was uploaded
View an Attachment¶
- Click View next to an attachment
The file will open in the browser, allowing you to review it without downloading.
Note
Attachments are uploaded and managed by your waste management company.
Customers cannot upload, edit, or delete attachments in the Customer Portal.
What happens next¶
Attachments can be: - Viewed directly in the browser - Downloaded for local storage if required
If you believe an attachment is missing or incorrect, contact your waste management company.
