Organisation Details

The Details page shows the information held about your organisation by your waste management company.

Before you start

• You must be logged into the Customer Portal

Steps

1. Go to Company → Details

You can view: - Organisation name and status - Registration number - Account number - SIC code and VAT number - Payment terms and credit limits - Contact telephone number, fax, and email address - Registered address, including postcode - A View on map option

Invoice Details

Further down the page, invoice-specific details are shown: - Invoice name - Invoice address - Town or city - Postcode - Map view

Note

Organisation details cannot be edited in the Customer Portal.
Any changes must be requested from your waste management company.

What happens next

If any information is incorrect or out of date, contact your waste management provider to request an update.
