Sites

The Sites section shows all sites linked to your organisation.

Before you start

• You must be logged into the Customer Portal

Steps

1. Go to Company → Sites

You will see a table containing: - Site name - Site address - Account number - Telephone number - Email address - Site status (Active, On Stop, or Archived)

View a Site

1. Click View on a site

You can see: - Site name and status - Registration and account numbers - SIC and VAT numbers - Site contact details - Physical address - Region, district, and country - A View on map option

Invoicing Details

Each site also shows invoicing information, which may: - Match the organisation invoicing details - Be different for that site

Note

Site information is maintained by the waste management company and cannot be edited in the Customer Portal.

What happens next

Site information is used throughout: - Jobs - Sales documents - Reporting
