How to Access the Customer Portal

This guide explains how to access the Customer Portal and what you can see once logged in.

Before you start

• Your waste management company must have invited you
• You must have a valid booking or account relationship

Steps

1. Go to the Login page
2. Click Join Us
3. Complete the account creation steps
4. Log in to the Customer Portal

What happens next

Once logged in, you will see: - Company – operational and commercial data - Reporting – reporting and analysis
