Reporting¶
The Reporting section of the Customer Portal provides insight into completed waste services using charts, tables, and summaries.
Reports in this section help you understand costs, waste volumes, recovery performance, and where waste ultimately ends up.
About this section¶
Reporting data is generated from job information provided by your waste management company.
Note
Reporting is controlled by your waste management company, who provides access to this data through the Customer Portal.
Reports are read‑only and based on completed and invoiced jobs.
Data is refreshed overnight and reflects the most recent completed activity.
What you can do¶
Using the Reporting section, you can:
- Analyse waste volumes over time
- Compare costs across periods, departments, and sites
- Understand waste recovery and disposal outcomes
- Support sustainability reporting and duty of care obligations
- Download data for further analysis
