How to Use the Reporting Summary

The Reporting Summary shows high-level trends for completed waste jobs using charts, tables, and comparisons.

Before you start

  • Only completed and invoiced jobs are included
  • All costs are shown excluding VAT
  • Data is refreshed overnight

Steps

  1. Go to Reporting → Summary
  2. Select a date range
  3. Optionally filter by:
  4. Site
  5. Department
  6. Review the dashboard sections:
  7. Job count
  8. Total tonnage
  9. Total cost
  10. Recovery vs disposal split
  11. Monthly cost trends
