Opportunities Table

Welcome to the guide to the Opportunities table in Dsposal's Paperwork. In this article we'll walk you through the functionality of the Opportunities table, detailing the information it contains and providing insights into filtering and searching effectively.

Before you start

Before diving into the details below, there are a couple of points to keep in mind:

  • Similar to other sections within the Work module, the initial page you'll encounter is the Opportunities table
  • The Opportunities table serves as a central hub for browsing, searching, locating, and creating opportunities

In the top left of the opportunities table page there is a breadcrumb(1). The breadcrumb here is Dashboard >> Opportunities. By clicking on Dashboard you will be taken to the dashboard. You are currently at Opportunities.

  1. A breadcrumb is a visual navigation tool that shows users the path to the page that they are currently on and how to return to higher pages in the website’s hierarchy.

Highlight cards

At the top of the Opportunities page, you'll find three highlight cards, serving as visual aids to swiftly convey crucial information about the opportunities. These cards are directly linked to the status of each opportunity, offering a concise count of opportunities in each of the following categories:

  1. Active: The number of opportunities currently in an active state
  2. Dormant: The number of opportunities that are currently dormant
  3. Converted: The number of opportunities that have successfully transitioned into the converted status

These highlight cards provide an at-a-glance overview, empowering users to quickly assess the distribution and status of opportunities within the system.

Above the Opportunities table are two orange buttons:
