Company overview

Dsposal is a UK‑registered company headquartered in England, operating as a micro‑enterprise.

As an SME, Dsposal brings agility, responsiveness, and dedicated customer focus to the waste management technology sector. Dsposal develops software products specifically for regulated waste and environmental compliance use cases.

What is Paperwork?

Paperwork is a cloud‑based waste management platform designed to support legitimate waste companies in managing operations and demonstrating compliance with waste Duty of Care requirements.

The platform provides a structured digital environment for managing customers, sites, waste movements, documentation, and compliance‑related data across hazardous and non‑hazardous waste streams.

Paperwork is delivered as a Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) application and accessed via modern web browsers. No local software installation is required.

Paperwork is software only and does not assume regulatory responsibility on behalf of customers.

Core capabilities

Paperwork supports organisations through:

  • Digital Duty of Care
Automatically generated Waste Transfer Notes and Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes based on EWC codes.

  • Customer and site management
Centralised management of customer accounts, sites, and related waste activities.

  • Operational workflow
Structured progression from opportunities through sales, jobs, and invoicing.

  • Regulatory reporting
Automated Environment Agency returns to reduce administrative burden.

  • Customer portal
Controlled sharing of reporting and job status information.

  • Reporting and analytics
Data visualisation and reporting powered by Metabase.

  • Mobile access
Web‑based access on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Digital Waste Tracking (DWT)

Paperwork integrates with DEFRA’s Digital Waste Tracking (DWT) service where applicable.

For each waste movement: - Paperwork generates an internal unique identifier within the platform. - Where the movement is submitted to DWT, Paperwork requests and stores the official DWT identifier. - Both identifiers are retained and made available to support reconciliation across parties.

Paperwork supports amendments, cancellations, and auditability of DWT‑tracked movements in line with platform behaviour.
