The Company section of the Customer Portal gives you a complete view of the waste management services provided to your organisation. Everything here is read-only -- it reflects data entered by your waste management company.

Summary

The summary page is your landing page when you log in. It shows a high-level overview of your organisation: a site map, upcoming scheduled jobs, your most recent documents, and an invoice trend chart. Use this page to get a quick snapshot of activity before diving into the details.

Organisation details

View your organisation's information as recorded by your waste management company. This includes your organisation name, registration number, SIC code, VAT number, payment terms, contact details, and address. If any information is incorrect, contact your waste management company to request an update.

Sites

View all sites linked to your organisation. Each site shows its address, phone number, email, and status (Active, On Stop, or Archived). A map displays site locations so you can see the geographic spread of your operations.

Sales

View your current quotes, agreements, and price lists. Each sales record shows its document status and expiry date. You can download attached documents to review terms and pricing.

Jobs

The jobs section is the most detailed area of the portal. View all waste collections and services carried out at your sites. You can filter jobs by status, department, recurring jobs, PO requirement, carrier, disposal site, vehicle, or date range.

Each job shows:

Job lines -- waste collected, with EWC codes and weights
Extras -- additional services performed
Carrier and disposal site information -- who transported your waste and where it went
Documents -- consignment notes and waste paperwork

Invoices

View all invoices issued to your organisation. Search and filter invoices by date range to find what you need. You can download invoice PDFs and any attached supporting documents directly from this page.

Exporting data

You can download job data for custom date ranges in multiple formats to use in your own systems or reports:

Excel (.xlsx) -- for spreadsheet analysis
CSV -- for importing into other applications
PDF -- for sharing or printing
Clipboard -- copy data to paste into other applications

Attachments

View and download supporting files uploaded by your waste management company. These may include risk assessments, method statements, compliance certificates, or other documentation relevant to your waste management services.
