The Information module provides three tools for analysing your business data beyond the dashboard: Drill Down for sales analysis, Live Jobs for active work tracking, and Reports for detailed data export.

Drill Down

Drill Down lets you explore your sales data from different angles. You can view sales by customer or by site, then trace the path from sale through to job and invoice.

Navigate to Drill Down

In the sidebar, click Drill Down under the Information section.

Choose your view

Select whether you want to view data by customer or by site. Each view gives you a different perspective on the same underlying data.

Filter and explore

Use the date range and status filters to narrow your results. Click into any row to trace the full path from sale through to job and invoice.

Live Jobs

Live Jobs gives you a real-time view of all currently active customer sites with ongoing work. It provides a quick reference for operational status without needing to search through individual jobs.

Navigate to Live Jobs

In the sidebar, click Live Jobs under the Information section.

Review active sites

The Live Jobs view lists all customer sites where work is currently in progress. Use this to get an at-a-glance understanding of your active operations.

Reports

Paperwork provides a comprehensive set of reports for exporting data. Each report can be filtered by date range and other criteria, then downloaded for further analysis.

Available reports

The following reports are available in the Information module:

  • Basic Jobs Report -- job transactional data including dates, customers, sites, and status
  • Basic Sales Report -- sales transaction overview covering quotes, price lists, and agreements
