The Reporting section of the Customer Portal provides detailed analytics on your waste data. Use these reports to track costs, understand waste composition, monitor recovery rates, and support your duty of care obligations.
Summary
The summary report is a top-level dashboard showing total job counts, tonnage collected, and costs over time. A monthly cost chart helps you spot trends and identify seasonal patterns. The recovery vs disposal breakdown shows how sustainably your waste is being managed.
By department
If your organisation uses department tracking, this report breaks down waste costs by department. It is useful for internal cost allocation and identifying which parts of your business generate the most waste.
By waste type
See waste quantities broken down by type and EWC code. The data is presented as a pivot table so you can compare waste types across sites or time periods. This report helps you understand the composition of your waste stream.
By waste fate
Understand what happens to your waste after collection. This report shows the split between recovery (recycling, energy recovery) and disposal (landfill, incineration) as percentages. You can break down the data further by department and EWC code.
By container type
See which container types are in use across your sites and the weight of waste collected in each. This report is useful for optimising container sizes and collection frequencies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
By employee
If employee tracking is enabled, you can view waste quantities and costs attributed to individual employees. This report helps identify training opportunities or high-waste activities that could be addressed to reduce waste generation.
By disposal point
See where your waste ends up. This report shows each disposal facility with its recovery percentage, total weight, and cost. It directly supports your duty of care obligation to ensure waste is handled responsibly throughout the chain.
By vehicle
View waste movements broken down by vehicle and driver. This report shows weights and costs per vehicle, which is useful for understanding transport efficiency and costs associated with your waste collections.
