The Paperwork dashboard gives you a high-level overview of your business, pulling key metrics from across the platform. Use it as your starting point each day to understand the current state of your operations.
Navigating to the dashboard
Open Paperwork
Sign in to Dsposal and navigate to the Paperwork application.
Go to the Dashboard
In the sidebar, find the Information section and click Dashboard. This is typically the first item in the navigation.
Overview metrics
The dashboard displays key performance indicators drawn from your sales, jobs, and financial data. At a glance, you can see:
- Sales performance -- the value and volume of your current sales activity
- Job status -- how many jobs are in progress, completed, or awaiting action
- Financial summary -- invoicing totals and outstanding amounts
- Operational indicators -- metrics that highlight areas needing attention
Understanding the data
The metrics on the dashboard update as you work. When you create new sales, complete jobs, or raise invoices, the dashboard reflects those changes. This makes it a reliable snapshot of your current business position.
If a metric looks unexpected, you can drill down into the underlying data using the Drill Down and Reports tools in the Information module.
