The scheduling module helps you plan and allocate jobs to your operatives and vehicles. You can assign collections to specific drivers, track who is doing what, and manage your daily workload from a single view.
Navigating to scheduling
In Paperwork, click Scheduling in the Work section of the sidebar. This opens the scheduling view where you can see jobs organised by date.

The scheduling view shows your jobs organised by date. You can see at a glance which jobs are assigned to operatives and which still need allocation. Unassigned jobs are highlighted so you can prioritise them.
Assigning jobs
Select the date
Use the date picker to navigate to the day you want to schedule. You'll see all jobs that are due on that date.
View available jobs
Review the list of jobs that need assigning. Each job shows the customer, site, and waste type so you can plan efficient routes.
Assign an operative
Select a driver or operative from the dropdown for each job. Your operatives are pulled from the references you've set up in Settings.
Assign a vehicle
Choose the vehicle that the operative will use for the collection. Vehicles are also managed through your references in Settings.
Confirm the schedule
Once all jobs are assigned, review the schedule to check for any conflicts or gaps. Your operatives can then see their assigned jobs for the day.
